On May 8, 2026 I was very disappointed with my experience at Panda Express. Everyone else in line was offered a free sample of the Wagyu dumplings, but I was charged for mine without that being explained clearly. Then the staff tried to make it seem like the extra charge was for additional pepper steak instead. The communication and customer service were very confusing and frustrating. I just wanted transparency about the pricing and felt treated unfairly during my visit.”
