The best coffee ever. Highly recommend the Santa Monica location.
This location has such a problem with the homeless that they removed all the tables and chairs from the store. And they crank the heat up to over 90 degrees to make it uncomfortable for anyone to stand inside.
I'm not sure when they changed staff but this location has improved all around, they are super sweet and assertive when they need to be. Very patient and fast working

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and many customers have praised team members like Nayeli, Raj, and Raju for their attentive service. The place looks clean and well kept, and everything tastes fresh. However, the atmosphere is lacking, with limited seating and outdated furniture, which can feel uninviting. The location is easily accessible with two entrances, one on Wabash and one on Madison. Despite some issues with maintenance, such as a water line breaking, the store runs efficiently. Unfortunately, some customers have reported negative experiences, including harassment from a staff member, which has left them feeling unsafe. There are also issues with street and homeless people causing problems outside, which the employees cannot address.
