The staff is friendly and welcoming, and many customers have praised team members like Nayeli, Raj, and Raju for their attentive service. The location is easily accessible with two entrances, one on Wabash and one on Madison. Despite some issues with maintenance, such as a water line breaking, the store runs efficiently. Unfortunately, some customers have reported negative experiences, including harassment from a staff member, which has left them feeling unsafe. There are also issues with street and homeless people causing problems outside, which the employees cannot address.
