Horrible customer service. No greeting, ordered ahead and it was still very late. Can’t even make eye contact with the customer when they tell you the order isn’t ready yet! I thought I was there as a paying customer, not to ask you for a personal favor. 0 stars for proper work ethic!

I generally don’t have any issues at this location. It’s fast food so treat it as such. The staff is nice but lack proper training which is no fault of their own, rather management. They don’t give samples anymore so I asked a simple question whether one of their entrees was sweet or savory and the answer I got was that it’s spicy. That’s great but now what I wanted to know. I repeated the question 4 times before giving up and asking someone else ha. Food quality and portioning can be a little inconsistent as well. Training fell through the cracks all around it seems. It’s not a full service restaurant so don’t come in with those expectations and you won’t be disappointed

I don’t understand what is so hard about reading the damn order. Either is weaponized incompetence, or they’re being funny. I’ve only ordered from this place THREE times, but they somehow managed to mess up my Uber Eats order.
If you guys don’t want to do online order, then don’t take them.

I went to get a plate on 12/30/24 and I asked for beef and broccoli and they only give me broccoli I stop buying there for the same reason and I give another try but this time was even worse they give me only like 5 pieces of broccoli and a plate full of rice I never come back again that all I get robbed

It’s a Panda Express - tastes the same as the rest, but I run errands near here and the staff is exceptional, especially for fast food. So many places these days the staff wears their disdain on their face so it’s a nice surprise to see people here respect their work. The December 12 afternoon staff did a good job

The food was DISGUSTING. I received Rangoons that were overcooked and burnt (the filling burst out of the pockets), the noodles smelled and tasted burnt and strange, the rice was hard and stale. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Panda Express. CLEAN THE OIL. LAZY EMPLOYEES. I've had much higher quality food from other locations. AVOID.

It’s been a hot minute I ate at Panda and I noticed the prices went up and the portion reduced so much that it is noticeable. I thought they are better than Chipotle but they are the same now. With this said, this is my last day eating here.

Ordered food, they forgot my drink, 1 side and sauce for the Rangoons, they didn’t honor the 50/50 split of chow mein and rice as it was all rice and like only a fork full of noodles
