I live in Skokie and usually go to the Skokie location, but they’re always rude if you come in too close to closing time. I went to the Skokie location today and they refused to make me any fresh food even though they weren’t closing for another 10 minutes. I left and drove to this location on Lincoln and McCormick and Joshua was more than happy to help us as well as the chef lalo who was more than happy to make us fresh food. Amazing service! These are the kind of people...
Sometimes they get my pick up order wrong or it’s not ready even after I have arrived 10 mins after ‘said ready time’.
I now go in because I hate getting home & disappointed.
Joseph ‘very tell guy’ is a sweetheart. Very receptive & friendly. Quick to apologize & help remedy I’ve noticed with other people that their order wasn’t there when they arrived for pick up. I’m thinking he’s a supervisor/manager? Noticed he’s very mannerly...

Everything you expect from a fast food joint. Service was fast and we sat outside in their patio.
