I've been to Hong Kong Buffet when it first opened. I was only 10 at the time. But we are in 2024, and well things have changed. Food is still good at a point. Will not argue that. But I will say some items fell short. Some items were still semi raw... (bit disappointed). The service is great! The workers are friendly people and are on point to clear your table. The restaurant looks dumpy, dark and unclean. Waiters making sounds nearby while the people were eating. Customer service is not up to the standard. There is a lot of room to improve such as cleanliness, lighting, soundproof insulation. Adding a music will make people enjoy the food more. Climate control system needs attention as well.

Lunch for 15 with seafood. The food was fresh, well seasoned. Plates are chipped, seats are ripped, silverware is scratched but I don't care about that. I go to a buffet when I want 2 bites of 20 things. Here I can get that and all I can eat shrimp for 15, I'll be coming back.
