I will not return to Panda Express again.........The food was just like the service GARBAGE... I didn't know that I ordered 2 dry bowls... The fried rice was dry white flavorless rice and the chow mien was dry and had a horrible taste. the teriyaki chicken was bland and dry and my walnut shrimp was subpar...... I wasted my money but not again......PE needs to change the cooks and hire people who wanna work with great customer service skills.

Honestly... this is the 3rd time I have given this place a chance. First time the chicken was overcooked and hard.... i grew up on frozen meals. I love fast food. I dont expect luxury.... Being from hospitality I understand there are issues sometimes. But damn... 3rd time getting overcooked or odd tasting food. Go to the location further south. I got orange chicken for a 3rd time. This time it's super spicy... I love spice.... it's just oddly overly spicy and doesn't have any of the normal flavor....They didn't care the one time I mentioned the sweet fire and orange being over cooked. I didn't ask for compensation. Why is it so spicy???? Orange chicken isn't supposed to be super spicy. LOL

Pretty sorry service. I have been here several times and every time I have to repeat everything at least twice because the staff are simply not listening. Management appear to rarely if ever be out on the floor so they cannot know their staff needs better training. The chow mein noodles are dry beyond belief and it's clear they simply do not cook it with enough moisture. I'm quite sure I will not return for another visit unless there are some serious changes made.

Since January of 2024, I have had a few stops for dining at Panda Express #2685 located on Cicero Ave and 65th Street, Chicago, IL.Although the staff is different each time I was there, I anticipated the same superior customer service, calming atmosphere, and the uniquely distinctive Chinese food taste I was craving for. And yes, indeed, I got them all.During my last dining experience on Tue, Feb. 20, Ana was in charge and she effortlessly demonstrated her skills from Spanish to English or vice versa. Meanwhile, she quickly resolved two requests of mine.Kudos, Ana!

Ordered delivery not again. They put no teriyaki sauce on my chicken which was as dry as ever. Fried rice omg dry no flavor. Noodles taste better than rice. No sauces on the side I couldn't even comment on notes before ordering which was a major red flag. Worst teriyaki chicken ever. Should've just ordered real Chinese
I can deal with the subpar never quite fresh food, but I can't deal with the HORRIBLE customer service. Seriously, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They will completely mess up your order and make no effort to remedy the issue. Not saying all Panda's are like this but this one is particularly bad. DO NOT EAT here save your money honey!

My brother went to get two bowls, one with noodles and orange chicken and other one with noodles and kung pao. Literally there was no chicken at all in kung pao. When I opened the bowl there was only veggies not even tiny pieces of chicken. I feel like whoever prepared they gave us leftovers. When I called them they didn’t pick my call. I called them multiple times.
