Order your food ahead of time if you’re looking for mediocre Asian food, they don’t care for foot traffic and you will wait 30 minutes in line for fast food because they prioritize online order

Since when panda is doing like this small portion?????? The manager is the one who scoops he only do 1 scoop for everything, someone ask for shrimp and he give them 5 shrimps??? That issss?? PANDA take care this location they being cheap out from customer, the manager not even know the core value of panda 😡look how tiny and small my BIGGER PLATE is

Just FYI - they're not open at 9am. Just went there at 9:12. Door's locked and employee told me they don't open at 9am.

I had a really great experience at this Panda Express location recently. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service stood out in a way that deserves recognition.

There was one team member in particular — her name was Kianna — who made a lasting impression. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and efficient. Even during a busy rush, she kept the line moving quickly without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. She had such a positive energy and was clearly committed to making sure every guest left happy.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their role, especially in a fast-paced environment like this.

Overall, the food was great, but the service made it even better. Kianna is a star employee and truly elevates the customer experience. Management is lucky to have her! Thank you for your hard work guys !

Homophobic slurs emit from the kitchen and help staff. Slow service and rude employees. I will never eat here again. They don't respect their customers. Don't eat here

Probably by far the best Panda in the city! They always greet and treat you with kindness. The food portions are always on point! The food is always cooked to perfection. I will be coming here when I'm craving Panda.

I got food poisoning at the location at 1250 S Canal St in Chicago & had to go to the ER. I notified the corporate office, so hopefully no one else will have to go through what happened to me.
