I really try to give them the benefit of the doubt but even at night time they are so rude! They will literally watch you stand at the register and ignore you. I can't use the mobile orders or the kiosk because I'm paying with cash and it's such a hassle getting them to take my order at the register.

Quick service, orders are usually correct. Noticed staff grabbing used towels and clean empty bowls with the same hand when I looked in the kitchen while placing my order with the cashier.

A Sunday afternoon not crowded.Young man taking orders was kind and informative. The food however is awful. Ordered a bread bowl with chicken and wild rice soup and small coffee. Bread bowl was cold , hard and smelled of cleaning fluid. Had to wait 12min for hot coffee . Chicken but no wild rice,white rice. Asked to change order and the manager was so passive aggressive she frightened me. Finally got a half turkey sandwich and just kept the chicken and white rice soup. Overall experience was awful but on a Sunday at this hospital this is the only place to gat food.

The absolute rudest staff at any place I've ever been to and it's in the hospital. Extremely rude and inconsiderate towards customers who are likely patients or visiting someone who is one. I don't need the extra pissed off attitude when I'm there for a Childrens stay for my child and just want a coffee. Unbelievable.

On May 25, 2023 at around 7:30am I went to the cashier Tynesha that was her name on her tag. I was trying to order breakfast and she had a horrible attitude with me, but also very rude to other people ordering as well. The place is very nice it has many places to sit and eat but it needs to be more clean! I had to wipe my chair and table down.

Soups are watery and the flavor is not the same as when they just opened and like other Paneras. The sanwiches are not well done sometimes.

Please stop using your phones while working in the kitchen and at the ordering counter. 1st, it is disgusting and 2nd, it is rude. My salad definitely did not have fresh lettuce. Don’t order salad on Mondays.
