Recommend: one of the few Paneras now in the city I feel. Overall this place was alright, does the job to get a bite in the hospital. This one is on the second floor.

All I asked for is a morning iced coffee. Everything is spread out at this store location and you have to ask the employees for specific condiments just for coffee. I politely asked one of the employees for liquid sugar for my coffee. He asked how many pumps would I like. I told him 5 pumps and he rolled his eyes at me and went in the back and got it. I know for a fact I was not rude to him. Don't take your bad attitude out on customers if you don't want to come to work. Very poor customer service.

I like that this location is on the ground floor but I have tried more than once to get a cup of coffee before work at 8am and the doors are still locked at 7:45. The employee just stares at you when you come near the door or pull on it.

Panera in a hospital? It is on the 2nd floor and it is a high traffic location. Don't make the mistake I did and get off at the Mezzanine level. Deceivingly looks like the 2nd floor but is not. Make sure you order online. I got the strawberry fields salad with poppyseed dressing. It had lots of strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple along with pieces of chicken. The bread that I got along with it was rock hard. Also sign up for the Panera rewards app and I got a free dessert. Although the desserts they had were limited and they ran out. This is a super busy location and EVERYONE eats there at the hospital!

Horribly slow. I am an employee at northwestern and it is impossible to go to the Panera in the hospital, order and pick up food in a timely manner. Results in a complete waste of time. I stood waiting for 35 minutes for a simple salad. There are plenty of other eating options who prepare food in a more timely manner.

The food is great and the staff are clearly working hard to get everybody’s order out. Good thing to note that a ton of hospital employees are trying to get lunch at the same time so there’s a bit of a wait — ordering online or app ahead of time is advised

It is a regular Panera Bread cafe, but inside the hospital. A bit hard to find it on the second floor.

Disgusting breakfast sandwich. Sausage was more processed looking/tasting than mcD.. And it took 20 minutes to get it. Barf

Paid $8 for a tiny kids caesar salad and the chicken is FROZEN. I'm grossed out. Their bread is also always stale. Northwestern should consider corner bakery in the hospital instead.

The panera at the Feinberg building is awful.. ordered a soup and they kept me waiting for 20 mins for the soup to be cold.. I go to the cashier and I let him know his rude response "if it's to cold for you there's a microwave" .... Sir then why tf did you make me wait for almost 20 mins? And they ALWAYS drag to get your reheated food out even when it's not busy they take forever
