Dont know why people here on Yelp are so mean w such low ratings because this Panera is clean and it's convenient to anyone being downtown close to Michigan Avenue and if you are going to see doctors at Northwestern University hospital. Dont drive here it’s downtown. It’s strategically placed on the 2nd floor of the hospital and it’s open to the public. It’s is a very very high volume place and much means the food has to be fresh. This Panera is in a convenient location in the Galter Pavilion of Northwestern Hospital. I got a latte when passing through and it was quick and easy to order. And the latte was delicious!
Recommend: one of the few Paneras now in the city I feel. Overall this place was alright, does the job to get a bite in the hospital. This one is on the second floor.
