The overall experience at this panera is poor at best. While the food is what I expect, it is all too common that they do not have ice, soda, or both. This is a busy place! Ordering should happen based on usage and pars. The organization (or lack of) is just people bumping into each other and even staff who have to yell at customers to move (only one woman does this). And to top it off, the pre-orders, rapid pickup, and in person ordering takes a much longer time than indicated...read full review
Rapid pick-up from APP is not at all RAPID. My small order of a half sandwich and a cup of soup took 25 mins to be prepared. I only have 30 mins for lunch, and now I have to eat fast. What a waste of my time, poor service, and no apologies. Customers are just suppose to accept the wait! It's Sunday, and it's not even busy!
