For being a hospital location.. they did their best to make it feel like a regular Panera Location. My food was good (as expected) and the service was fast & friendly. I got just what I wanted from my experience here.I give it 5⭐️Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5.5⭐️

The overall experience at this panera is poor at best. While the food is what I expect, it is all too common that they do not have ice, soda, or both. This is a busy place! Ordering should happen based on usage and pars. The organization (or lack of) is just people bumping into each other and even staff who have to yell at customers to move (only one woman does this). And to top it off, the pre-orders, rapid pickup, and in person ordering takes a much longer time than indicated my pre-order (night before) of bagels and cream cheese was scheduled for 715a, it was not ready until 738 making it not an option for our staff meeting. My rapid pickup will send me a message that it is ready yet it is not. And the tracking board they have might as well not even be turned on because it is the cause of much confusion for folks waiting their orders which say "ready" but is in fact not ready for at least another 10 minutes.

Rapid pick-up from APP is not at all RAPID. My small order of a half sandwich and a cup of soup took 25 mins to be prepared. I only have 30 mins for lunch, and now I have to eat fast. What a waste of my time, poor service, and no apologies. Customers are just suppose to accept the wait! It's Sunday, and it's not even busy!

Ordered warm bowl however when got notification about the order ready,staff said they don’t have rice left and asked to order another item,Ordered chipotle chicked sandwich but two cuts were different one with no avocado and tomato.Terrible

I ordered a bagel after waiting for 10 minutes I went to counter only to be told to go sit down they will call my name I said no I will wait.then the order came up and was good. Then the same person proceeded to come and bang on table because we dosed off mind you we are in a hospital where we are stressed and then to have some one with no decernment act as rood as she did is unheard of at most places. She can see we are not homeless we are just waiting for news so we can go get good sleep at millinum hotel we're we are staying

I had to stay near Northwestern hospital for my daughters major surgery. I was hungry so went to Panera and decided to get a pizza flat bread margarita pizza. It was so good, nice and warm. The service lady was very busy as it was late but still got my food. I would recommend Panera anytime.

??Absolute waste of money!!Ordered 2 (TWO!!!!) bowls of home style chicken noodle soup and they were BOTH90% broth,5% Carrots,4% Noodle and1% CHICKEN ?This branch is engaged in a full on shakedown of hungry people selling them water for food!CRIMINAL??‍♀️?‍♂️?

I have a sip club club membership and ordered an iced-tea. I was told there was no ice unless I ordered a charged refresher since they filled the refresher drinks in the kitchen. I was able to get ice the other day for my iced tea by someone who walked in the back. Me thinks that refreshers cost more than an iced tea, thus the ice availability for those. However charged refreshers are free with sip club too. So the reasoning was moot. Unless someone without a sip club orders the more expensive charged refreshers
