I love this Panera! I’ve been here three times before. The people at the front this morning (Jan 2) were helpful, joyful and relatable. Quick to serve, too. Maybe I caught them on a good day!
Sleek, modern spot to people-watch, if you get a seat when it’s busy; there’s surprisingly a lot going on between the second door and the pick up counter.
Love that there’s no loud music, there’s shades on the windows, and when it’s slow is really a treat. Getting to sit and take a breather on Halsted is not an every day occurrence.
“The best part of bread is sharing it.” I’m curious how the employees benefits differ from other “fast food” restaurants 🤔
I forgot to mention that today I used the bonus card from their holiday sale. Super easy swipe at register! Plus I got a $3 sandwich from points, so my meal was one dollar (and 31 cents)!

4 out of the last 5 times I've been to this Panera, they have not had a Bread Bowl available :(
ordered a box of hot chocolate 30 minutes in advanced; took a total of 45 minutes to get it. manager was extremely rude and doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing? i’ve been f&b industry for 6 years .. :(

Mostly intended for takeout, but there is a limited number of tables and counter seating, albeit hard and uncomfortable. A number of employees were on their cellphones, which is unprofessional, but they were friendly and took care of my needs efficiently.
The location is convenient, but Google maps is incorrect, their is no attached parking, wheelchair or otherwise. I parked directly in front on street (meter AKA PAID $2.50/hr) ) parking.

Not much seating and employees on their phones while working (which were on speaker). Not the coziest atmosphere.

I love Panera. The neighborhood where this panera is is safe w so much food around. Lots of bikes and walkers and cars go by all the time. It’s very casual and you have a variety of food and drinks. You can just enjoy free Wi-Fi and surf. Be on your phone and have a snack or have breakfast or dinner. There is no Parking but it’s on the street or garage it and Sundays street parking is free! I love the duet deal for $7.99 where you get a soup and salad or sandwich. Be ware for those who can cannot handle spicy food bc the Mediterranean Veggie & Creamy Tomato Soup. It has “sweet“ red peppers but it was super spicy for me. Otherwise it was good. It also came with either bread or chips.

The resteraunt was quiet enough to do work and I was helped a lot by a worker in particular. I think his name was Anthony. He was quick with service and was a very proactive worker.
