This panera is a unique one in being that it is take out only. I was still able to use my rewards seamlessly and get out within a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered my food with no chicken, still got chicken. This didn’t happen last time. But I spent $30 for 2 sandwiches plus delivery fees it’s frustrating. I then call, no answer. This wouldn’t be an issue but I can’t eat chicken. Start checking your order and use verbal confirmation.

It’s 10am and they don’t have any soups available to order other than Mac n cheese. This is not the first time this has happened either but last time it was the afternoon. Corporate really needs to get involved here and improve their poor operations at this location.

Frustrated in total with the very poor delivery! I have ordered food with this store to get delivered today between 1145 AM to 12 PM for a business meeting!! Food was extremely delayed and it came by 12 45 PM. There was no intimation done through phone or by email or by even text message on the delay. More worst part is I need to call them more than 10 times out of which only 4 times the call was picked and each time it was lengthy wait and their response will be driver on the way, 5 mins away and on doorstep etc.!! Worst delivery to the core.. My clients are disappointed, the plan was to have the meeting with the lunch, but the lunch was delivered after the meeting and many does not have patience to wait and most of the lunch ordered were wasted!!

Don't plan for this store for ordering food for your business meet!! They actually should have refund the order amount as it was delayed by more than an hour of what they committed, even though I am not claiming that!

Not accurate orders. Order strawberry caprese salad just plain green mix and 2 slice of mozzarella cheese. No strawberries or chicken so upset such a rip off not recommend service….

NO TOMATO means NO TOMATO!!! I'm so tired of receiving a sandwich that has tomato on it after I clearly say NO TOMATO when I order it, it's even written on the receipt. They also forgot to include the pickle which I love. COOK AT HOME or be aggravated from ordering out and paying more for poor service.

I ordered my regular PB catering service for a client presentation. On pickup, I was informed that my order had wrongly been sent out for delivery. My cortisol levels went up through the roof! I didn’t need this on my presentation day, especially with a $500+ order.

I come here frequently and u actually enjoy the new remodel. The space is fresh and clean and the customers that used to hang around and use the lobby for free have disappeared. The service here is great, especially the morning crew on weekdays.

There is a fruit fly infestation in the soda machine that really grosses me out. I really wish they would have pest control come out and treat the area ASAP.

Otherwise I like this location!

BEWARE No more dining-in totally a to-go atmosphere. Order at kiosk, has 1cashier station. NO seating but a solo bench. Open kitchen, no pastry display coffee is prepared by automated coffee machine with coffee beans which adds crema. I punched dark roast & coffee was coming out as if cream was already added. Not liking the atmosphere at all. Sometimes change is good sometimes it's not.
