Food was hot and good. I was able to find a great seat. I didn't feel rushed. They just need to be consistent with cleaning their tables after customers leave.

Minimal service. If you place an order at the kiosk, there is usually no pagers and no cups. I ordered food only to be told when I ask about the cups that the ordered can't be filled, go back to the front where there is only one person and a line 6 people long. Also. All the empty tables are dirty. Some manager needs to be fired as having no manager couldn't be worse. The front service has been better, but still only one register open.

I ordered the Citrus Crispy Chicken salad, without the chicken, and had it swapped for Avocado. Also got the Autumn Squash soup with chips. The salad was alright (lettuce, avocado, crispy pieces, almonds, dressing), so nothing special or unique. The soup was amazing, however, and if I were to visit again, I would definitely get the soup.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how well this Panera has kept up the level of customer service and friendliness since it opened. I figured it might drop off after the initial grand opening but I still enjoy coming. Keep it up!Update: the new asiago bagel breakfast sandwich is amazing!

Food is usually pretty good. Couldn’t believe how so many homeless people are allowed to walk in and take soda. They almost need security at this place. And how does a bread place run out of bread all the time. Soup and bread always gone.

Girl with pink hair at the counter assumed i was a doordash driver because there is a high concentration of men in the area that are the same color as me. She accused me of trying to Steal my own food! They lied on the app and said it was done way earlier than it actually was. (probably to avoid slow times so corporate does not see they are always behind) so i just waited patiently at the counter in the back. I saw my name on the receipt in Big Bold Letters as she put it on the counter. She spazzed and started to yell out at me and say " This is not for you this is for rapid pick up! Not for delivery! You are not going to steal this" I told her twice this is mine im Derrick. I was literally going to pull out my wallet for my ID and my phone to prove to her it was actually mine. I have a white passing name for a black person and this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. After she knew she was wrong she did not apologize. She just said "Ohh" then stayed silent because she knew she was wrong. This was around 8:40pm on July 27th 2022.

Clean restaurant, great food & reasonable during this inflation. Friendly & professional staff , wifi to get work done for your business or just for home on your computer while you dine in.

This is a very typical Panera. Lots of room for seating good customer service and great desserts. Absolute location is easy to walk to. Make sure you download the app to get the great deals that they always offer.

I owe my life to this Panera Bread. Specifically this panera bread all other penera breads are terrible and not worth your time. This one is cool even though they don't have lime seltzer and it's only sparkling water labeled lime. But if you pretend hard enough you can almost taste the lime. Bit they have lemonade. And also make sure you ask for the bathroom code before you have to go bathroom.

This place is horrible! I stopped to by a bread around 7pm, they sold me a bread from yesterday, was hard as a stone!! I pleased gentleman on the counter to give me a one of the fresh ones (was a bunch on the shelf) and he told me, "I am sorry, I cannot that's for tomorrow!" Redicules!!!

It’s always consistent, my favorite ever is the Mac n cheese and tomato soup. Very delish, always on point. I really love the staff, and I really love the unlimited sips club.

It's 6:57 am and just got to my car after personally offending the cashier at Panera for having the audacity of wanting to come and buy bagels. Not sure if he was mad about another customer but this dude was abrasive from the get go, which is interesting cos I saw his manager watching our interaction as I looked over to her when I realized something was wrong with this dude. When I went to fill my drink, he also yelled across " you didn't tell me if you wanted your bagels sliced" which, fair, but this guy neither asked nor had the thought, "is this normal customer service?"Anyway, I went and refilled my drink after he yelled at another customer about being with him in a minute (the act of slicing 6 bagels was his full attention and so he couldn't spare the pleasantries with this man who hadn't made a peep yet when he entered) and when I came back this dude goes " YO BAGELS" at me. I couldn't help but laugh at this weird dude but honestly, catch a customer on a bad day and you're gonna get an issue. Teach your cashier basic customer service or maybe go ahead and have him do food running cos he is 100% not a people person. On the plus side, fantastic bagels and muffins as always, and literally the only reason for the two stars, as the experience itself made me realize I should go to a different Panera next time, where hopefully the staff isn't upset that there's customers. I get it, none of us want to be at work, but maybe ? it would be better if we had basic normal interactions with other humans in spite of it.

Great Panera with reliable service. Was able to dine in with friends, and the food was delicious. I ordered ahead with pick-up, and the food came on time.

I need to share this story of my sandwich. For SO MANY YEARS, dating back to 2003, the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich by Panera Bread was my daily delicious nourishment! Sometime around 2009, I stopped eating this sandwich cold turkey (for no specific reason) and have craved it not ever since... until recently. The free one-month unlimited coffee by Panera lured me into their bakery last month. And the little ordering touch screens lured me to see if my delicious sandwich still existed. AND YES. IT DOES. So for the past couple of days when fetching my coffee, I've been tempted to see if I can easily build my own version of the sandwich (no feta, extra peppadew, extra cucumber, extra red onions, no emerald greens, add spinach), and oh my gosh it played out perfectly! In the olden days, relying on a human for my many special requests was always risky. The little ordering tablets ensured that I could have it my way. The only difference between my old school sandwich and now is that I no longer eat dairy (that started in 2010 hence the no feta request)... and the sandwich would absolutely be incomplete without a cheeselike addendum; but Panera already resolved that issue because the sandwich now comes with hummus! So I ordered extra! AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS! It was a perfect experience from ordering to receiving to eating. My head was on cloud nine. This bakery did a phenomenal job. In fact, I have since ordered this sandwich six more times in the past week! I am in love. Thank you so much for the careful time that your bakery invests into being kind to the customers and to executing a perfect sandwich construction! THANK YOU!
