I am leaving a review for the excellent customer service I received from the Van Buren location. I placed a fairly large sized order for work and needed the order held. I also needed to ask a half dozen questions for all of the modifications we needed. I spoke with Malcolm in catering and he was wonderful. He was professional and gracious and really helped me order the right amount for our meetings. That may not seem like a big deal. But there is nothing worse than throwing food out or not having a enough. Having an on the nose estimate for what was needed per person was great. Did I also mention the professional demeanor? The food was great. But the customer service was awesome. That's what make a customer, a repeat customer.
I placed a half turkey sandwich order with chips at 1130am. My name on the board stayed in processing. At 1150am I asked the lady calling the names will my order be ready soon and she called to the associates is S.P. order coming. Then she turned to me it's coming. At 1210 my turkey sandwich order still was not ready. One of the associates working asked you still here and she helped me with my order. Poor business and no teamwork from staff to ensure orders are made. I'm disappointed

The food here is always fresh and you can taste the difference between food at this location and others. I won't pretend this is your white table cloth experience for dining. But, I will say it's a great place to go for soup, sandwiches, cookies, and healthier options oppose to other restaurants who serve food quickly. Major positive if they deliver and the food is always hot and fresh when it arrives. It's nice to not need to reheat soups or warm sandwiches. It's a great place to eat when you are trying to be healthier, sick, wanting a quick meal, or a nice chat with friends over an inexpensive lunch. If you aren't on a diet try the cookies. Lol They are goooooooood.

We use caterers for various events, and need them to deliver on time. Panera has always fulfilled its obligation each time. Even when I did not order in time, the local Panera worked with me to create a breakfast spread for 16 persons.

This Panera was quick, fresh, and delicious. Employees were friendly too. We ordered 2 salads, an iced tea, and a cookie from the bakery. All were prepared in accordance to our order. The digital ordering system in store is easy to use. Only issue is it's hard to get to since it's in the mall but they do validate parking for the garage.
