The food here is always fresh and you can taste the difference between food at this location and others. I won't pretend this is your white table cloth experience for dining. But, I will say it's a great place to go for soup, sandwiches, cookies, and healthier options oppose to other restaurants who serve food quickly. We use caterers for various events, and need them to deliver on time. Panera has always fulfilled its obligation each time. Even when I did not order in time, the local Panera worked with me to create a breakfast spread for 16 persons.

I am leaving a review for the excellent customer service I received from the Van Buren location. I placed a fairly large sized order for work and needed the order held. I also needed to ask a half dozen questions for all of the modifications we needed. I spoke with Malcolm in catering and he was wonderful.
