I had a lovely todo italiano sandwich. The bread was had a great crust giving it a good contrast to the fluffy but chewy body. Prices are affordable, and they have a selection of baked goods along with their breads. They do take tap to pay and cards.

AMAZING place. The fresh bread is delicious and they give you so much. Great soups and sandwiches. I love that they switch specials so often. Also, very pleased with how affordable it is.

A really cute bread and sandwich spot with lots of character and neighborhood vibe. The food is fantastic! The breads are baked in-house and so good. The sandwiches are some of the best I've had in a while. The desserts are excellent. The price is really great too so all of these things keep me coming back again and again.

Went with the pollo diablo sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes. The sandwich had just the right amount of spice and was super satisfying. the mashed potatoes were creamy and a nice comfort food pairing. The place felt relaxed and easygoing which made the meal even better. definitely coming back to try more.

From out of state, my group and I walked in not knowing what to expect, but we are walking out of this place satisfied, this was the BEST egg sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Absolute perfection.

This is a small neighborhood restaurant with excellent service and food. There is a nice selection of sandwiches. The daily specials which usually include a homemade soup with fresh bread are delicious and priced very economically. They also have homemade breads and deserts, all of which are very good.

The Diablo sandwich is one of the best lunches I've had in Chicago. Their homemade bread is so fluffy and crusty, and everything's so fresh. You'll love it here.
