Tanuki Sushi & Grill offers fresh and delicious sushi, including the supreme plate, at an excellent budget price. The lunch specials are a hidden gem, with great makis and spicy miso soup. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, and a cozy environment that feels like Japan. BYOB is also allowed. The food is always amazing and comes out without a long wait. The restaurant itself is on the smaller size and is very very cozy, with some outdoor seating available. The staff is super sweet and really attentive, making guests feel so welcome. It’s one of the best restaurants in Chicago when it comes to getting lots of food for a good price.
