¿Who would have known that we would find a great place to experience the amazing food, good music, and a lot of an atmosphere. Omg Fabiola was wonderful. Impeccable customer service. Don't eat here. No one is ever in there and I see why. They couldn't roll my burrito ?. The waitress made a horrible margaritas. She never checked on us. The manager tried to make it right but it was no coming back. It's over priced.

Went last afternoon after work with two former coworkers. We got there close to six o’ clock and were the only customers. The music was great and the restaurant itself was very clean. The food was very good and I would definitely return to try other dishes in the future. We had a waitress who I believe is relatively new and inexperienced. She served us a complimentary bowl of ceviche & chips but gave us no small plates or napkins with it. She also served us our drinks with the straws already in the glass. We requested to go containers, which she brought us with no problem, but gave us no plastic bags. But on the other hand, maybe the store had none on hand. Also, she became very distracted towards the end of the evening after she got several calls on her cell phone. Other than that, I would recommend this place just based on the food and atmosphere.

Today 6-4-2024 is my birthday. One of my best friends has been raving about this place and wanted to take me. We started out with 4 people and were given chips and ceviche. We had 3 more people after arrival and we asked for more ceviche and didn’t get it for more than 1.5 hours. We also ordered Margaritas, the consensus was that the Strawberry was the best but even after paying the $10 upgrade for the Don Julio anjeo because the reposado is the same price we still didn’t taste anything. The very first drink she made me was super watered down and the second I requested a double shot and I taste much more liquor as expected. We ordered Empanadas in an order of 6 but only received 4, when the bill came the waitress tried to argue with us about the quantity. I wish I would have taken pictures for other people to witness this horrific experience. We had majority of people at our table order steak tacos and almost everyone complained about them being crunchy or overcooked. The shrimp and fish tacos were good with the chipotle mayo. However I tried to order a shrimp dish I saw on their menu page with tomato sauce, rice, fries and salad and they couldn’t get it right. The first time they brought out fried shrimp and it looked like shrimp from out of a prepackaged box. The seconds time the girl brought out a shrimp dish with barely anything on it and argues with me that it looks like the dish I showed her. It had absolutely no sauce, the rice looks different from the picture, nothing resembled what I ordered. A friend of mine complained about our experience especially with my order and after our waitress and some guy stood around talking for 10 minutes and looking back and forth at us they decided to remove my meal from the bill. Our bill went from $435 to $407. The young lady smacked her lips and rolled her eyes every single time she got something wrong. Not sure why the other 2 waitresses didn’t help her out. Their horchata machine wouldn’t dispense and their house tequila is a Costco or Sam’s Club signature member tequila. I guess they have parties on Tuesday and Thursday and they turned off the music when the promoters setup and couldn’t connect their internet I guess, not to mention it was 90+ degrees outside and they turned off the central air and opened the doors. It became hot and humid immediately. The place is clean and the bathrooms are nice. Other than that stay clear and far away from this place. You will definitely be disappointed.

I live literally across the street from here so I called to place an order for 3 steak tacos to save time. I was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes. I walked to the restaurant to place my order. The lady that placed me on hold forgot I was on hold because of a graduation party that had arrived. Bad choice. I stay near this restaurant and could've given it more continuous business than that one graduation party. I asked for compensation. She denied. I walked out . I don't take b.s. from NO ONE. DO BETTER!!!!!!
It was a very nice and clean place, went during the daytime so it wasn’t packed loved the decorating.

It was only me and another couple in the restaurant early today the place is really clean the bathroom need little wiped down I ordered chicken tacos and steak tacos with double rice. I also had a margarita watermelon chips and dip with the green salsa was really good. Overall the inside of the place is very nice it’s hard to find go service on south side God Bless you
