Please check your orders before you leave ordered two pepperoni pizzas they gave me two sausage and mushroom gluten free pizzas I took it back for remake and the pizza tasted rushed and disgusting definitely not going back

I visited this establishment on July 7, 2025. I ordered online for pick up. An employee saw my order. She was rude saying names. She could not pronounce my first name. She said something Young. I did not appreciate that. She is a white lady who looks like she’s in her late 40s to 50 years old, has blonde hair, and wears eyeglasses. I have reported the incident online. I have not received a response. I also did not receive my free pizza bread reward. Also, the Buffalo pizza was terrible.

The food is good and the service was awesome, but the atmosphere is bad everything looks clean but it's full of bugs, I had bugs crawling around on my while I was waiting for my food I spended my time fighting with the bugs

The people working here are always very friendly especially the ladies working tonight. My order is always hot and ready. I am very happy that this location is in my neighborhood:)
This place is very racist they refused a DoorDash driver an order for not speaking Spanish he always picks up from this place and never ever had an issue now it’s an issue because he did not speak English and was very irate with him about it! Papa John’s do better and then we called to complain and she said the same thing he needs to learn English and they were going to refuse his service to go back from where he came from!

Just a small complaint the pizza was not cut evenly, and the meat was not distributed evenly across the pizza. I order a medium sausage and peperoni pizza, and it was ready when it said it would be. The customer service person was great.

Have zero complaints. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks for delivery - arrived hot and the driver walked it up to the second floor. Very pleased with the service and the product. Not to mention - the marinara sauce is delicious and the garlic sauce tastes the same as it did 20+ years ago in college. Customer service was also an A+ when I needed to make a change to my order after submitting the order via the app. Thanks much!
