The menu in LARGE BOLD LETTERS needs to state WARNING: No variations from menu including accommodations for special needs and/or diet requirements.
Refusing to serve plain pasta with no sauce for a special needs person with “it’s policy” as excuse is ridiculous. A sign at your entrance warning patrons is also appropriate.
Awful experience. Went in with friends who have a disabled child just like I do, the server refused outright to allow any variation of the menu items and we were forced to leave so our friends child could actually eat. I will never attempt to spend my money here again and I will tell everyone I know for as long as possible how terrible your establishment is
