Nice patio to spend a quiet afternoon having lunch on, but the chicken is occasionally a bit raw, just like at the Logan location. It was worth it for the delicious NA Negroni and lovely house salad, but the thigh I ordered was quite dark on the outside but still seriously undercooked and I didn't have the bandwidth to make a fuss over it and ask for a replacement so I just ate the outside and some of the less gooey bits. I've worked in restaurants before and bone-in fried chicken usually turns out this way when the fryer oil needs to be changed or the kitchen is slammed. This was at 2 pm on a slow Monday, so I'm guessing they just hadn't changed the oil after a busy weekend. Definitely getting chicken nuggets next time since those are harder to undercook.
Have not been to this place. Thank you.
Excellent all around
Love the happy hour!
Chicken was tasty, but overcooked. Takeout order was prompt, but incomplete. We found out when we got home that a $10 item was missing.
The food here was absolutely amazing and our server Lacey was wonderful.
I had lunch last Saturday
Everything was delicious
Service was fast
The servers are really nice
Family friendly place
Yes, they offer sandwiches, baskets of chicken and fish, chicken and waffles, but they also offer burgers and impossible burgers, soups and salads, and array of sides. Most impressive is their drink menu; cocktails, beers, shots, and for the littles, milkshakes. I had their fish sandwich, which was big, fresh, tasting fish, not processed tasting and not greasy, and their hush puppies to share.
The place is spacious with plenty of family and group sitting.

Love stopping by and grabbing a bite at Parsons. Their chicken is delicious - try the grilled chicken too! I also love their sides - particularly the rice and beans and mashed potatoes. My favorite part of visiting Parson’s is the friendly, hardworking, attentive staff. Shout outs to everyone who works there; especially Lindsey, who is a kind face and soul that always makes customers feel comfortable (even if it’s like 10 degrees outside in the middle of winter!). Will return to eat again at this cozy spot.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sandwich
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly, they have a few arcade machines and the atmosphere is laid back
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible through side entrance

Five stars for taste (seriously good both for vegetarians and not) minus two stars for being cashless = perfect place unless you're unbanked or economically vulnerable. I get it, but it's just unfortunate. I sincerely hope they decide to accept legal tender again. I ate here often and will miss it.

They have Happy Hour hours advertised from 4-6pm with fries for $2. They don’t give you the receipt just your total so I was not able to see that they overcharged me for the fries until I got home. Smh.

I’ve been a few times - only for dinner - and I haven’t been disappointed. The food is always nice and hot, the service is nice and attentive, without being annoying. The drink menu is unique and super tasty. I keep coming back for the red beans and rice. Amazing comfort food that is executed very well.
Restaurants are hit or miss, ups and downs. Overall, they are doing a great job here.

Their hot chicken sandwich is always a good choice and we ordered their shrimp basket also pretty good. We shared a poutine, it was ok.
The music tends to be loud and the service ok, but overall a pleasant experience

The salad, while tasty, was incredibly small for $13– more of a side salad. It’s priced poorly especially when you consider a burger is a dollar more.
