I finished the whole container in like 5 minutes. The food is great , fresh, and customized to your liking. The owner is a really cool guy as well. Definitely going back.

Really interesting concept. Quick, simple, and very good. The rigatoni was excellent—thick noodles, generous, and full of flavor. I’m a huge fan and will definitely be coming back.

Food was amazing!! Julio the manager couldn’t be more helpful! He was amazing! Probably would go back just because of his service and the food was just the icing on top.

Love passing this little pasta spot. You can smell the garlic cooking down the street and catch them making fresh pasta walking in every time. I love that it’s a easy spot to either sit down for a quick bite or just grab and go. The staff is always so friendly as well.

Quality, fast Pasta spot in West Loop. I usually pick up a dish or 2 here a few times a month. Gino the chef/owner was there when I recently visited. Very nice and genuine. Made a great dish for me. 5/5

The food was delicious. (I expected the pasta to be overcooked and stuck together, but it wasn’t at all! Perfectly chewy and fresh!) The ravioli was amazing. The sauces were fire. I highly recommend this place. Plus the art in the restaurant is so cool!

Delicious food with the best service. We tried the Gnocchi and Fettuccine Alfredo and they were both so yummy!

I like this place! You pick your own pasta, sauce, meat, extras/veggies and they make it to order. I loved mine the pasta itself was so good and fresh (made in house? Idk)
The owner also gave me a free cannoli (which was delicious) and thanked me for trying the place, great guy!
Definitely going on my lunch break short list :)

The place was clean and looks very presentable although why is it an Italian place that's playing Mexican music and is very impersonal making you use a kiosk the chicken taste like it's been sitting out all day and the rigatoni was the worst rigatoni that I've ever tasted very very thick and undercooked. I understand Al dente but that wasn't Al dente..... I've worked in restaurants for years and my managers would kill us if we ever served anything like that. I wish I could ask for my money back because I didn't even eat it and I actually put it in my fridge hoping that the owner was there the next day but he wasn't. Billy...... You need to fix this because you have a nice place

I love this place but I hate that they had the BEST COOK washing dishes and before I paid for my food the so called manager told me he could cook my food. Once I noticed the cook was the mean nasty man who didn’t put any love in my food the first time having him cook it I walked and asked to request TONY!!! Then the so called manager told me they was short on a dish washer. I hope someone from this company contact me because I will contact them. I’m very disappointed 😢 and upset and probably will never eat here again!!! The so called manager gave me false hope and the fact that you didn’t give me any garlic bread 🥖 and when I asked about it the so called manager gave a nasty attitude about it!!! Pasta Via please do better with who we are choosing to represent the company.

Pasta Via is a hidden gem! I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

I’d highly recommend trying this place! I ordered the gnocchi with alfredo sauce and really enjoyed it. I went here for lunch with my mom and two babies so I found it super family friendly as well. The owner was so welcoming and came up to us to introduce himself and give us some delicious cookies on the house. We both loved the dishes we ordered and will definitely be back.
