I was looking for good a Italian food in the area but it wasn’t easy to find(we were hungry and on a time meter). We decided on this spot because of the reviews online. I must say I was pretty impressed. It has the interior of fast food restaurant. You put your order in on monitor right as you enter. You don’t have A LOT of options but enough to curb your appetite. Their noodles tasted very fresh. The Alfredo sauce was nice and creamy. They serve your food in these to go containers which is okay I guess. They have complimentary cookies in cups as well on the front counter. Will I go again, yes. Will it be a go-to, no. The staff was 100% friendly!

Christian at Pasta Via had me and my boyfriend come back for a second day! Back to back pasta nights at our house for his excellent service and perfectly al dente pasta. GREAT pasta for a wildly affordable price and a friendly face you can't afford to miss. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered the gnocchi with vodka sauce and italian sausage and ate every single bite! The gnocchi was delicious.
They also had italian biscuits samples available to all customers that elevated the experience!!
Honestly I love pasta but don’t like to cook it and spend the time so today I went try this new place and wow Very delicious like I’m coming weekly clean owners are super nice perfect for lunch time or take time

Food was amazing!! Julio the manager couldn’t be more helpful! He was amazing! Probably would go back just because of his service and the food was just the icing on top.
Love passing this little pasta spot. You can smell the garlic cooking down the street and catch them making fresh pasta walking in every time. I love that it’s a easy spot to either sit down for a quick bite or just grab and go. The staff is always so friendly as well.

The food was delicious. (I expected the pasta to be overcooked and stuck together, but it wasn’t at all! Perfectly chewy and fresh!) The ravioli was amazing. The sauces were fire. I highly recommend this place. Plus the art in the restaurant is so cool!

I like this place! You pick your own pasta, sauce, meat, extras/veggies and they make it to order. I loved mine the pasta itself was so good and fresh (made in house? Idk)
The owner also gave me a free cannoli (which was delicious) and thanked me for trying the place, great guy!
