I had a wonderful experience while trying this diner out. I was a little worried at first due to the reviews but boy am I glad I tried them out myself. I got the rib eye steak breakfast with over medium eggs has browns and toast. All for $14. The food was great. The price was great. The service was superb. The lady at the register is so pleasant. I would definitely return.

If I could give Pete's Grill zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disaster. Not only is it not safe, but there are clear signs of illegal activities going on. It's an absolute shame how far this place has fallen under the new ownership.

The atmosphere is toxic, and the service is atrocious. Avoid Pete's Grill at all costs!

I knew when I saw the cheap leather couch, slot machines, and dust caked on the menu, it was going to be bad. I wanted to support a business that I've known for years, but that was a big mistake. First, the restaurant looks visibly dingy, dusty, gloomy, and grimy. Next, the guy taking orders was making up prices and didn't even touch the cash register. Last, the "cook" in the back didn't have on any gloves, coat, hat/net, completely unsanitary. Low and behold the food gave me and my son the runs. I will not be back. Instead of having new owners every year, they could benefit from a complete remodeling and deep cleaning. * EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK*

It’s not the same Pete’s grill I grew up for years, because they have new owners. But the cooks are the same and food is still good. Price went up but still cheaper than the other breakfast spots in the area. The inside is starting to look like a west side corner store lol but I never eat there anyway just get it to go. As long as the food stays good I’ll still eat here. And by the way I order the same thing all the time why do I get a different price every time like she can’t remember what to charge me. I’m going to start showing my Zelle receipts lol

This is NOT the same Pete’s we’ve all come to know and love. The price surge was insane and the inside was all over the place. The food seems the same as the cooks are still there other than that, will not return.

I would order the same thing and I somehow paid a different price every time. The lady seemed to charge me more, one time she “forgot” about my order.But the food was really good, french toast was better than most bigger restaurants. I obviously stopped going, got tired of playing price roulette. We’re all broke out here, Jan!

Good diner food at a reasonable price. Can be busy at certain times so best to order ahead if you can. Good customer service and a long standing neighborhood staple. (*under new management)
