Online seating request was followed perfectly. Server did not check on table needs or refill beverages or even ask about dessert/coffee. Rigatoni vodka was lukewarm on top and needed to be mixed with warmer noodles underneath. It should have been served hot throughout. Sadly, the dish lost much of its potential because it was lukewarm.
Our go-to-spot whenever we're in the city. We were between lunch & dinner because we were seeing a 4:30 show at The Magic Parlour so the restaurant was quiet. Excellent service, our waiter was superb. Our meal was delicious. Of course we ordered our dessert favorite if peppermint ice cream & hot fudge topping. We highly recommend eating there. Perfect location for all theaters.
My guests and I had a nice dinner at Petterino's before a show at The Goodman--the convenience was worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was reliable, except the bread was average at best and the butter and cheese spread were both served way too cold so that they were hard and not spreadable.
