Dining at Stefani Prime in Lincolnwood, IL on August 13. 2022. Car was stolen from the valet by an individual who walked into the valet hut, took my keys, and drove off with our car. I have pictures of the unattended and unlocked valet hut. Neither Stefanis nor the valet company, iPark ‘Em, will reimburse me for the out of pocket expenses I incurred.
Parking: Valet does not man valet booth while accepting or retrieving cars. Hence, my car was stolen from the valet.
