This my first experience with Pho and i must admit it was very good! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because i didn’t like the texture of the meat. But all in all i would give it a 10/10 the crab ragoon was everything !

Came here a few years ago and it was good. Decided I’d come back, got a pickup order online through Chowbus, which then sent me a text saying they never started the order and to call the restaurant. We called and the man was very rude saying Chowbus was “broken” and they never received the order. They had multiple Chowbus signs throughout the store including one on the door. We decided to go ourselves inside and see what was going on. That’s when they claimed Chowbus was never on google as an option for delivery even though I had the order confirmation email right in front of the ladies face. It had been the second option for pickup on google, they had taken Chowbus off their POS on our way there after the phone call and tried to play it off as if we were stupid. Very disappointed.

I ordered the chicken with rice noodle pho for delivery with an avocado smoothie and side of extra noodles. I placed my order online then immediately called the restaurant to request my avocado smoothie to not be sweetened (restaurants tend to add a ton of sugar and I can't eat that). The woman told me too late, she already made it, she could not modify my drink, or remove it from the bill and that I'd have to call door dash. Door dash assisted by the third call. Great I got the food and smoothie (gave the smoothie to the driver, bc why not, he deserves it and might enjoy it) - then I open my food order. The slimiest chicken (this has to be like lab-grown meant or, "not chicken" meat idk, no mung bean sprouts, no jalapenos, no fresh basil leaves, or even a lime... Just a pinch of cilantro and some cooked onions? Very, very disappointed for $39. Love door dash for helping me, and I personally will not be eating from here again.

The food was pretty good. I enjoyed the “Rare beef with rice noodle” I asked for the meat to be cooked more tho. I liked the crab rangoons. They had a strong onion flavor and they didn’t give enough sweet n sour sauce with the rangoons. Definitely will ask for more next time. Also pls add chili oil at the table. The little dark container on the table is full of soy sauce (I think), green onion, and some kind of chili. Before tip my total was about $23
