No one at the counter, was forced to order on the new kiosk , but the pictures of the food were incorrect. The new self ordering kiosk not giving paper receipts, only option for text and email,which normally would be be fine, except never received any of that. Finally when somebody showed up, asked for receipt, noticed a service charge. The server explained the charge is only if you order from kiosk, no charge if you order with live person. It was my first time trying Pho and it was great! I love how they bring the toppings on the side so I get to choose what I want to put in my soup and how much. The pho I got was supper flavorful and the noodles were delicious.
This is my favorite pho spot. I've tried pho in many states and many parts of Illinois. My girlfriend and I always come here and feel welcomed. The pho is amazing and the Thai tea is delicious. We have been coming here for 4 years religiously.
