Stopped by Pho Cafe for dinner on a chilly evening, craving some solid Vietnamese comfort food. Went with the #14 House Special Pho, beef, meatballs, tripe, and tendon. Broth had that deep, savory flavor you want, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Also grabbed the fresh spring rolls, nice and light, with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. Total came to about $22. First and foremost they are the best in the city. They are the typical Asian who are short and direct. That add to the authenticity of the establishment. The broth he is hot and rich with flavor Portions are more than generous. If you do not like this restaurant, you are the problem.

Just because of the waitress and her smart attitude I just don’t want to come back . I’m here asking the difference between two meat options because it says “ rare beef, beef” so I just want to know what’s the other beef and I get a blank “ones cooked ones not.” I didn’t ask anything else, taking what I get and not coming back. Never had a bad experience at The Noodle Vietnamese & Thai Cuisine
