The food is always incredible here and the menu never disappoints! Every staff member is extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire dining experience. Ben has always remembered us during our visits here and can’t thank him enough for all of his hospitality! I highly recommend trying this spot next time you visit Chicago.

Last time we visited at around 1:00, we tried desserts from here and was perfect.
This time, we went here around 10:00 and tried the brunch menus and it was fantastic. Even though we waited for about 40-50 minute, it was worth it. Hash is good. All the Breads are good. French Toast bites are good. Quiche was also good. I will definitely visit here again. For sure.

Absolutely adorable cafe that reminds you of sipping a latte in Paris. The food was fresh and delicious. We didn't sample any of the pastries but they looked so tempting, next time.

Vegetarian options: There are some options on the menu that are vegetarian. My daughter had an amazing salad that she loved, it had pomegranate seeds in it. She said it was the best salad dressing she has had in a while.

Very nice place, clean, bright, bakery is excellent, services are amazing, very busy but the manager LYN is a super in handling the busy environment. As a manager with a long experience, my judgment of her management is considered.
It is recommended to visit this location and enjoy it.

I wanted to make a picture of my burrito, but it was so good I had to eat it immediately.

I recently visited Pierrot Gourmet and had a mixed experience. The desserts were stunning and delicious—definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the Breakfast Hash was disappointing; the potatoes and the meat were a little undercooked

Service also fell short; I waited 15 minutes just for a glass of water, and our server wasn’t very attentive

Pseudogourmet cafe. I've only been there once for breakfast and my experience was not very positive, basically because of the service. We waited 15 minutes on the clock to be served 2 simple croissants and a cinnamon roll. They brought us the milk without the coffee and when the coffee finally came the milk was already cold. The atmosphere is fine, but the air conditioning is too high. I am grateful, however, that they lent us stoles so that the ladies would not be cold.

Stopped in by chance for lunch and what a find. Excellent food at moderate prices, professional and friendly service, and the atmosphere of casual, modern European cafe. And leave room for amazing desserts!

Superb!!! Cheesecake with blue berries was exquisite! My wife's chocolate mouse was beautifully, decorated and sooo scrumptious! Cappuccino was balanced and tasteful!
The servers were attentive, well mannered and sweet! They complimented the cafe!

This cafe is all class. The service was outstanding, coffee yummy and the pastries are simply amazing. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday, so take advantage of this cafe when it is open for business. A little bit of Paris in Chicago.
