I don’t know how to describe these things, but this was a second order because, damn. They are listed as liquid olives and that is what they are. You put the thing between the roof of your mouth and tongue and just squeeze. And they explode into salty olive heaven, no need to chew. So good, we ordered seconds. Also had some oysters and pig ears that I would recommend. This is a Chef José Andrés place and wow. Not only is he providing food relief around the world with his World Central Kitchen, he’s still making goodness in the U.S. of A. Pigtail in Chicago. I would recommend. Jaleo as well.

My friend and I came here for happy hour and we love the place. The vibe is adorable with pigs decor is everywhere and pink is their main color. For drinks we had the old fashion and the gopalito, both are delicious. For food i tried the pork belly slider and it has the perfect balance of crispy and soft, rich pork flavor offset by the pickle. I’d definitely come back to try more of their menu.

Wonderful atmosphere but very poor service at happy hour. Also the food was pretty bad. I only recommend coming later in night and trying the aromatic cocktail and skipping the food.

This was first time at Pigtail and I really it. Set in a basement but just recently remolded it is cozy but not crowded. The Iberico Pork - in almost every dish - was incredible. Fun night for cocktails and casual dishes. There 100 proof Manhattan was awesome!

Delicious food and inventive cocktails. Waitstaff is knowledgeable, kind and efficient, with great recommendations. We went as a one-stop dinner spot, and it seems like many people are missing out by only seeing it as a place to get drinks before dinner. Felt very cared for and a nice treat meal, with the product and service justifying the prices. Pig ears are a must-order.
