I came during their social hour, which is listed on their website with its own menu. They charged me regular prices and never mentioned or presented the social hour menu. They left my dirty plate on the bar for a good 30 minutes and the people that got seated next to me had to look at it the whole time also. My drank sat empty for 20 minutes. The bartender spent most of her time talking to another patron at the bar. I told the bartender who presented my check about the social hour and being overcharged. He offered another drink and ‘sorry about that' never offered to re do my check for the correct amount. So I overpaid and I'll never return.

A hidden gem!! Amazing drinks, a lot of them come with "shows", lots of attention to detail, flavors of drinks and food that we had tried were chef's kiss. Highly recommend!

Cocktails

Loved this bar. Hidden away downstairs under the restaurant has a feel of exclusivity. Excellent bar staff. Drinks were outstanding - the menu is great. We had the Ibérica ham mix and it was delicious. Very good quality food.

Though we were able to join the wait on open table and were seated in 10 mins. The rudeness by the host was not just strange but seemed to suggest that our business was not desired.

The receptionist and Barman was excellent, the food was good, the ablutions was clean and presentable. Loved atmosphere as well. Only down was because they accommodated last minute they moved tables while we ate (we were late) but they should have asked us to move before arranging tables. Other than that it's a great place for any occasion! Niven

Speakeasy space beneath the larger Jaleo is worth finding. Tremendous craft cocktail selection made with superior ingredients by skilled mixologists. I thoroughly enjoyed “around the world in 80 days” with its smoky mescal and savory sherry and sake. Food revolves around iberico pork and it's all deliciousness. The belota is worthy of the price and the selection of iberico cured meats paired with a palo cortado sherry was bliss. Best croquettas I've ever had and the pig ears topped off a delicious night. Jaime I brandy is stellar and rare stuff Only quibble is that the viura was served a bit too cold for my liking... Service was outstanding from start to finish

I love this place, they have the best cocktails in the city. Service is amazing, the bartenders are so attentive and friendly. They provide wonderful recommendations. My favorite drink might be their consome drink!

A ton of unique cocktails in a basement bar beneath Jaleo, the bartenders are amazing and can make you normal cocktails or a ton of their fun signature drinks.We walked in on a Friday at 5p and were able to sit at the bar with no reservation. Our bartender was amazing and recommended some very unique drinks, we also ordered the Pig Ears which we've never had before.Lean into the weird drinks they have and you won't be disappointed! I had the consome cocktail and not sure I'd ever order it again but glad I tried it.

Ah I love it here, this place is a fun,creative and cool little gem. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The reverse Irish cara jillo is my absolute favorite, it’s cozy and warm but also frozen. The inverted dirty martini is so subtle and smooth. Both are must try for sure.

WHAT an experience I had at Pigtail the other night- it was definitely a night to remember! I started off seated at the bar and ordered a Melon Cloud. It was pricey but was so delicious and fun to see the way the bartenders made it. Our bartender that a friend knew was Emmanuel and he treated us so kindly with samples of different cocktails. Everything was delicious and the croquetas and flan as snacks were also great. I'd definitely return!
