Have you ever wondered what food in heaven would taste like? Well, go here. And if you don’t know what to order, tell the chef what you’re in the mood for and he’ll take care of the rest. The wine is all natural and full of flavor. And did I mention there’s a really cute dog? Support local businesses! I love this place so much. Thank you for all the delicious food and wine

My new favorite Italian restaurant in Chicago. The food is amazing, portions are huge. Masterpiece of the most authentic Italian food I ever had in Chicago. Plus amazing wines! We will be back!!!

Huge sandwich. $15, but essentially two meals (although i liked the meatball so went for 3/4). The meatball panini had full cloves of garlic in that beast. I really appreciate the side of sauce that you can dip your sandwich in.The lady running the show was super nice.No indoor seating now. Takeaway only.I believe pizza and pasta is available after 3 or 4pm. Only sandwiches before that. The chicken Parm was ok. The chicken could have been juicier. The breading was a little hard maybe.

Their Tiramisu is heavenly.. Lasagna is always my go to. Parking couldn't be a bit challenging during lunch time. Try ordering online or call in to place your order. Fast service. Great food.

An amazing and delicious experience. The grocery portion has hundreds of mouth watering delectable choices just waiting to land on your taste buds. James the owner is so knowledgeable and friendly, offering wonderful suggestions and tons of samples to tempt you. We couldn’t resist and neither should you. We will be back to try their items from the kitchen. The only reason we didn’t was we ran out of time.

Ordered food for a party of 6 and received a veritable feast instead. Best caponata and chicken vesuvio ever! Antipasto/charcuterie was interesting and flavorful. Cake was over the top. Not a weak link in the whole order. Not cheap but worth every penny. Oh, and leftovers? Yes plenty.

A hidden gem in the neighborhood this Italian market & restaurant is a great spot! The owner James is a very friendly guy and he obliged when we requested a margarita pizza that was 10/10. The oil, seasoning, and crust were beyond delicious and the meatballs were on another level. Also ordered the house salad with balsamic and olive oil. The dressing was so flavorful. Can’t wait to go back and try different items on the menu.

Y’all this place is incredible! Get over there and try it all. Seriously, whatever sounds good in the moment. Everything we had was perfection, soup and both sandwiches. We haven’t had a miss yet. My girl couldn’t had Covid and couldn’t taste anything and this was so good it brought her taste and smell back. Unreal. Going back asap myself.

This is an amazing little shopping plaza. Right by Beer Temple and Avondale Coffee Roasters! I didn't make it to the menu *yet!* but the market area was amazing~ reasonably priced overall, too! Great alcohol selection, GLUTEN-FREE pasta!, gluten-free flour (this was a little expensive-- $15 for the bag), to-go sauces & meals, butters / juices / chocolates, tons to pick up. Friendly people, too. :)

Our neighborhood staple. Everything here is excellent. You can't go wrong with a sandwich, soup, pasta, or pizza. Seriously, throw a dart at the menu and you won't be disappointed with what it lands on. The staff is also exceedingly nice. When my parents visit, they always ask if we can pick them up some Pisolino. Go here and sure you'll feel the same way.
