So I went to this Pizza Hut because it’s literally the only Pizza Hut in the city of Chicago with a four-star rating or higher — which is kind of wild to me. It’s about 30 minutes away from where I live, but I absolutely thrive off reviews and businesses that are intentional about their work.
Fernando was the person who checked me out, and he was amazing. Excellent customer service. Patient. Kind. Professional. I believe he was also the gentleman who called me when there was a glitch in the system because I accidentally placed my order twice. That extra step alone showed attentiveness and care. 👏🏽📞
The pizza itself? Chef’s kiss. 🍕 The cheese is perfectly gooey when you warm it up again, and I asked for light sauce — they followed that request to perfection. No drowning in sauce, just balanced and done right. 👌🏽
I will absolutely continue to make that 30-minute drive when I want quick pizza that’s outside of the usual Chicago staples. Great service + great food = worth it. 🔥✨

Cold pizza, was out for delivery for 40mins. Breadsticks were wet and completely squished. The stuffed crust was hardly stuffed. Was told I could have another order sent out but I would have to give the order back. After the hour we waited we werent going to wait again. Super disappointing but thats what you get from Pizza Hut in Chicago. Its really hit or miss. 60% of the time we love the food. I understand this particular time was a busy night but I expected them to care a little more about the quality of service and food. The delivery drivers are so sweet and amazing and we still tipped 20% in cash.

Elsa was amazing and so patient with me. I was using the app for the first time and couldn’t figure things out, Elsa assisted me with pleasure. she helped me understand how to edit/remove and add items. I truly appreciated it because I wasn’t feeling my best. Elsa was professional, kind and so friendly, that goes along way nowadays. I decided to go to Pizza Hut for the first time in years. I stopped in to one that was in my friends neighborhood . Very good customer service made my pizza crispy on the edges like I like it. Elsa did a great job explaining the prices and the new menu options. Buffalo wings were good but could have been spicier.
