We tried this place for the first time and the food is incredible. The tamal is a 10/10, and the hot chocolate tastes like real Colombian chocolate — no complaints at all on the food side.
The service is where they need to put in some work. Our order came out incomplete, and when we asked for the missing item, it didn't arrive until we were already getting ready to leave.
