I've been going to this location several times a month for years since I moved nearby mainly because it's the only convenient quick bite around. Today though I've decided it's time to change. I go here because it's conveniently located. I stopped going because previous management was quite rude; however, being under new management, service is better; except for the food I ordered online today. It was prepared in an unappetizing way. The sandwich lacked the pre-planned filling and it was thrown into a brown paper bag. They didn't even wrap it with the sandwich paper. I'm very disappointed with this order. Staff is always super friendly. Fast service, fresh food. My boyfriend and have gone here multiple times, always a pleasant experience. It is a sub way, so the food is as good as expected.
