We waited nearly an hour for the wrong order... we called and Michael put us on hold for 15 minutes, we finally called back and got put on hold again, hung up and called back and said NO! we cannot hold. Michael was extremely rude and very unhelpful. We asked for our order to be replaced and the correct order to be sent and then he “threatened” us with 1 hour plus wait times.

Order honey bbq wings, and cock-a-doodle bacon with parmesan crust flavor.
Delivery was prompt.
Sauce was very skimp on the honey bbq wings, barely enough for the 8 wings we had.
Pizza crust was entirely the wrong flavor. It was salted and tasted like pretzel...definitely not parmesan crust! Pretty sure there was also no bacon on our pizza either. Sad and disappointing.
