This review is for all Pizza Huts. What idiot changed the recipe of the classic delicious pizza I used to enjoy at Pizza Hut? Whoever it was should be fired and banned from working in any food industry. They should also be forced to eat this bad pizza forever.

Ordered a pizza. A half hour after it was supposed to be delivered, I called. They couldn't find driver to deliver it so I cancelled the order. Utterly worthless restaurant; they didn't bother to reach out and say anything. Typical corporate BS.

I ordered The Big New Yorker pizza ($15.99) for carryout using the Pizza Hut app on my cell phone and this was the closest location to me. It was ready when I walked in the door twenty minutes later to pick-up. Service was excellent and the pizza was delicious as usual! Thank you and I will be back soon.

Placed my order at 5:15 pm they said would take about 35 minutes for delivery, my order was delivered at 6:45pm due to a chaos at the Pizza Hut kitchen , had 3 different door dash drivers to go pick up the order and was not ready.Try to call the place and no chance to talk to someone at the location. Food was good but service terrible.

I ordered two back to back orders on UberEats and they were both cancelled after the app said the pizzas were made and picked up. I think there’s something sketchy is going on with this location based off of the other reviews. Don’t order here whether it’s pick up or delivery

I recently ordered in two different occasions and can’t understand the reason why those two pizzas didn’t have enough tomatoes sauce.Please look into this. I mentioned to the attendance the first and the second time.I’m planning to order another one in the new future, I hope to enjoy the improvement made.

When I came in I asked about my order, they said 2/3 min. After 30+ minutes of waiting I ask again and he said it was cancelled. They let me pay 50$ for a cancelled order and didn’t even give me a refund.
Ordered two pizzas. They were delivered vertically. When I sent a message via the app, the corporate office said I would be contacted by the local store in three days to make amends. Never happened. If you sell cheap mediocre pizza, at least compensate with customer service or at the very least have it delivered flat.

Honestly, I hate giving poor reviews unless places really need to make a change. I don’t think this place is awful because of the workers or pizza huts recipes etc. The workers are always nice and honestly seem understaffed and overworked. But the food here isn’t even Pizza Hut. I sincerely mean it when I say this Pizza Hut consistently gives me the worst pizza I’ve ever seen. It sucks because the w north Ave one knows what they’re doing. That one is 10x better. Whoever owns this one needs to give it up because wow you are bad at managing. It’s crazy. Get it together. Or close. I don’t care. I won’t be taking my chances at this one again any time soon. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice….fool me five times???? I’m clearly the fool.

So confused. Was worried about the bad reviews.I put the wrong address by mistake, and the delivery driver was kind enough to deliver to the right address, which was much further away.Then I was concerned about the quality of the food because of the reviews.Nope, it was excellent. Nice and hot despite the longer delivery which was my fault. The pizza and wings were great, juicy and fresh.Literally so confused by the reviews, but whether this is a sign of things turning around for this location, you've earned your 5 stars today.

Pizza was luke warm, they clearly forgot to cook the bacon with the pizza so instead remaking it they threw the bacon on the pizza afterwards. Was literally just falling off the pizza. Low effort was put into a $50 order

This place is run by the MOST incompetent managers EVER. One day I ordered a takeout pizza that took over an hour. I went to pick it up and it turned out there was just one guy working in the whole store. He said he was the only one there. That day I saw a big flashing "Hiring Now" sign on the front of the store. I decided to pursue a job there. I came to the store on Friday (July/7) at 11:15 AM. The store was still closed even though they are supposed to open at 11AM. I could see a black male/female behind the register but they would not acknowledge me at all. after standing there for 10 minutes I called the store. That "manager" answered the phone with an attitude and told me to wait 5 minutes. I waited and waited until I decided it wasn't worth my time. when I got in my car and started to leave, he/she opened the door to look at me. What a waste of time. No wonder they can't hire people given the management is so incompetent. one person working the store. store not opened on time. manager don't care to speak with job candidates etc.
