I ordered a pizza and it arrived all burnt. They should improve the quality of the food.

Terrible service, you ask for something and they bring something else and they get angry, you have to eat what they say, I was a regular customer of this terrible bakery..

It's terrible how they serve the empanadas and the fries are very expensive and look like they're appetizers. I've always gone and the quality of the food is going down. Definitely what a disappointment. I don't recommend it anymore.

This place is a scam! I have come many times, but this is the first time I have checked my receipt. They have their products displayed at a “certain price”, but when they charge you, they add an additional charge on top of the labeled price. I asked one of the employees why, and she told me it was because of the “sales tax.” However, if you look at the bottom of the receipt, they still charge you taxes! SCAM! Be careful what you buy! I'm going to report this to the city.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We ordered a meat dish which, to our surprise, arrived with a strange greenish color AND a distinctly strange taste. Noticing this, we politely informed the waitress, but her response was unprofessional and defensive, downplaying our concern. The only option they gave us was to give us more of that “rib soup” that could have also been bad.
After insisting, they told us that “that's what meat was like” and that they couldn't do anything about it. Not an apology, just a bad attitude and lack of interest in customer satisfaction.
Then when I tried to ask for something else I was completely ignored.
I definitely do not recommend this place. Since their customer service has drastically decreased.

I came to this place for dinner and ordered a rib broth which only tasted like tasteless water! It was literally water with the bone and a little cilantro on top and lemon (which I asked to give a little flavor to the broth) What a disappointment of a place! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL apart from the service of the lady at the cashier when I approached to pay and to tell her that the broth didn't taste like anything, she answered me in a super rude way! They acted like they weren't with them. And they didn't give me any solution, I paid for the broth as if I had eaten it! Apart from this very unpleasant thing that happened here, I had to return a finger of cheese that literally arrived black and fried again! Everything was bad here, the service, the food, the atmosphere! I won't be back! THEY DO NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS A SOLUTION!
