People say this resturant serves dlishious chilaquiles french toast and fried chiken
I gave it 4 stars because of the restaurant itself. The restaurant had an interesting lay out. Wish it wasn’t so fragmented ….the seating is weird and uninviting. I wish it had more a vibe. They were playing Christmas music which is fine but the whole time I was there it didn’t make me want to stay. Pilsen really needs a place with amazing food but has the brunch atmosphere that makes me want to keep ordering mimosas. Otherwise, the food is excellent, the portions are generous, and the food came out quickly.
One of my favorite brunch spots in Pilsen. I took my friend here and she said it was the best Benedict she’s ever had. And we eat. I hate how busy it can get but it’s just because it’s that good.

Went with a party of 7 and told 30 to 40 minutes wait. Not a problem. After 40 minutes, i did a follow up and told another 10 min. Not another 10 minutes. We waited over an hour before we got a table and have to split up the party. In the meantime multiple parties of 2,3,4 and 5 all got seated ahead of us when patrons left. All tables are two tops. They could have easily combined tables together for us. Hostess did a poor job of managing tables and didnt even apologize for the time misquote. Waitress was courteous but never checked on us. Lack of service. Food was okay and came quickly. Atmosphere seem like they just wanted to churn tables as quickly as possible and really didn't care about the customers. One and done.

Nice restaurant, food is excellent, atmosphere is nice, service is good. When a restaurant is busy it is a good sign. Price is modest.

I'm sad I have to give this place less than 5 stars. The food and environment is amazing. It took me months to convince my gf to come to this restaurant because she's hesitant to support any new businesses that may seem like they are contributing to gentrification of the neighborhood but after she did her research and saw that this was owned and operated by a young Hispanic couple she agreed to try it. We were one of the first customers at 9am on Monday. I was happy that my gf loved the music and the food. The service by the busser was great, he had a great personality and it came through in his service. I originally thought our waitress was good but once the were getting up to leave and the music paused we overheard her complaining about her 18% tip that we gave her. I usually add cash at the table with our card tip because I contribute to the cost but I'm so glad I had no cash on me this day. I'm sad that people can be so ungrateful and unprofessional. Please consider restraining staff to not talk about customers at on the floor where they can be heard. It's not professional. I'm still indecisive if I will go back.

Stopped by Pochos in Pilsen for a late brunch and had an amazing experience! The chilaquiles verdes with carne and eggs were absolutely excellent, and the chicken club was delicious. Drinks were on point, perfectly complementing the meal. The service was fantastic, friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for brunch and drinks in Pilsen.

I’ve been coming to Pochos since their first location on McKinley, and it’s only gotten better over the years. The food is always fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with skill and care. It’s one of my go-to spots to celebrate birthdays with friends and family. Everything from the atmosphere to the service reflects pride and passion in what they do.

FABULOUS MEAL! We happened upon Pochos by mistake and it was a lucky mistake. We didn't take pictures, but the food was amazing. I had the Chorizo Benedict and my husband had the Fried Chicken & French Toast. Definitely highly recommended.
