Carnitas Uruapan is one of the handful of restaurants in Chicagoland that comes to immediately mind when someone asks for restaurant suggestions. The carnitas are insanely good. I can't remember eating having ones that are so tender and flavorful. The salsa is so balanced and flavorful, I could add it to most all foods. The chicharron are top notch, and I can't imagine getting any better. I'd come here more often but the parking is horrendous.
Nothing like some great carnitas, for breakfast. Just arrived from Germany and had to stop. Carnitas, salsa, Nepalese, all wonderful.
