Really great selection and choices. Love the fried lotus and the sushi rice. I would recommend this to others. Door dash will deliver this too.

Pretty solid lunch spot. Quick service, high quality poke and the salads with their sauces are great. Good low carb option. The ahi tuna and salmon are solid. Saw they had vegetarian options too though.

I work a couple blocks down and this is my go to spot for lunch. I make my own bowl and get brown rice (its healthy and just as good as white rice) then I get Ahi tuna. And the orange colored sauce and I put seaweed salad and cucumbers, edamame, crispy

This place is awesome because it has incredible options! Joshua was so helpful and took his time explaining all the fun toppings and Antonio was attentive. I love how personal they were. Thanks for making this a great first experience you all!

The bowl I had was very good. I like my food spicy and I was not disappointed.

I love coming here and being able to "build your own" poke bowl. I love adding as much ingredients as I want with no extra charge, unless it's one of the premium items. But other than that, everything is tasty and all the sauces are delicious. The regular bowl is a good portion and the price for it is definitely worth it.

Good service, good amount of variety for your poke bowl or sushirrito

This place is an exercise in frustration. It is always under staffed and it takes at least twice as long as it should. The food is meh, as well. The staff don't care how much of your time they waste moving slowly an inefficiently. I've tried to like this place. I've even met with the regional manager to share feedback and hope for improvement. The improvement is not coming. I will not be back again after today's experience.

Ordered from here on caviar and it wasn't very good. The umami shoyu sauce was very tasteless and at first I didn't realize there was any at all. The salmon was very tough and chewy with a fishy taste. It may sound d*** to say the fish tasted fishy but really fresh raw fish shouldn't smell or taste that strongly! The ingredients were also portioned very weirdly- very very little edamame, onion crunch or scallions and so much ginger it covered half the bowl! I much prefer the quality of Aloha Poke's fish and won't be ordering from here again. 3 stars because they made my order quick and didn't get it wrong. The portion size is also good and they give you a lot of fish- if it were better quality I would have been much happier.

I have no idea how this place maintains such a high rating. They are incredibly slow and the restaurant is never properly staffed. Today at noon I arrived as the only person waiting to order. When I arrived the one person working didn't seem to be doing anything in particular, but suddenly instead of taking my order re-filling a bunch of the containers was a priority. Two people came in behind me and didn't seem to know how the place worked. Rather than give them time to read the menu the employee decided the priority should be explaining everything to them instead of taking my order (I was clearly ready). When it finally came time to start making my order she decided to batch 4 customers together doing 1/3 of the bowl at a time. It took forever. At one point another employee (yay!) came out and was looking like she would help. Instead, employee one shooed her away for some reason, preferring to ensure we all waited as long as possible for our orders. In general this place is an exercise in frustration. Don't even think about ordering in advance, either. They don't even start those orders until you're there waiting to pick them up. There's really just no winning with this place, and I have given it MANY chances.

This was my second visit to this location at the west loop. The only reason I come to this location because my sister works down the blocks and she took me for for lunch. Upon arrivals, the employee doesn't greet or smile at you. And when I start ordering, they keep asking me anything else for like ten times throughout the whole process. They drench my fish with sauces even though I said light on the sauce. I feel disgusted when eat my fish because I don't taste the fish anymore with all those sauce they put on my bowl. I came here during lunch hours and they were already out of edamame and tobikos already. There was a long line during lunch hours and there were only three employee working. One starting with the base, one putting all the ingredients in and finally the cashier which is useless. He just stood there and couldnt wrap up my bowl. He stood there and let me wait until the girl finished scooping for the next four customers behind me. Sorry pokeworks! No more next time. I'm very disappointed. You need to train your employee better!

Chris Kadohiro, the operations director reached out to me to get details of my previous experience. He really wanted correct the errors that took place and prevent them from happening in future transactions. That said, my friend and I returned to try more items on the menu. Without mentioning the last visit, the customer service was great, the restaurant was clean, and everything was stocked! I got the Hawaiian class over kale noodles. And my friend built her own bowl. The ingredients were fresh and delicious! We we're both very happy with our orders. I am glad that the management team cares so much about their brand, the service the are providing, and the opinion of their customers. I will absolutely frequent this location and recommend them to my friends!

Ordered for pickup 6 bowls, I only received 3 of them. They didn't have chicken for 1 of the orders and they substituted with shrimp without giving me a call. The person that the bowl was for is allergic to shrimp. When I contacted the Lake Street restaurant and spoke to Antonio, I explained that we ordered 6 and received 3. He start telling me that we just ordered 3. And that there was nothing he could do about it because they are busy. And he wasn't going to argue with me about it. I told him that I wasn't arguing just letting them know that we ordered 6 and got 3. One in which the protein was substituted for something without permission. I would have gotten tofu if I would have gotten a call in reference to the substitution. Very, very disappointed with the service of this restaurant right about now. Poor, untrained, lack of customer service employees is part of what makes a business fail.
