We went out to eat with some friends and had a great time. Everything was flavorful and the portions were substantial. Our experience was completely unaffected by the large party that was there at the same time; we were seated promptly, were greeted with a smile, and our dinner arrived on time. Everything was handled expertly by the staff. Fantastic ambiance, first-rate service, and a location we will most certainly return to!
The Polo Inn Bed & Breakfast is such a wonderful and cozy place. The atmosphere feel warm and special, you feel like at home the moment you walk in. The food is really delicious, every meal taste fresh and full of flavor. The rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome every time. I like stay here because it’s quiet, charming and has that unique Chicago vibe.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing. It was my first trip to downtown town Chicago and I decided to give this place a try. From the research my crew did, I believe the building was built in 1929 and was originally a bank that never opened due to the depression. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel. Do expect a piece of Chicago history. The owner is extremely hospitable. My flight and rental was running late. He waited on the street curb with his wonderful dog to welcome...
