I always buy here and I have already had other details but today they passed on the burnt chicken

I paid $28 for a 10 piece family meal. They only gave me 8 pieces with one breast and one wing. These were the extra burnt thighs that were inedible. I got ripped off!

I saw a live roach after I paid for my order. Do not come here. Food inspector has been called.
When I got my order there was no straw, no napkins, and no honey. I was getting rushed to order, when I was making my order the worker was nothing but rude and just kept on being snarky. Just rude.
They should improve customer service and keep the bathrooms cleaner with 🔑 this is not good but the chicken tastes delicious

I went to this place a year ago and it was awful but I happened to be in the area and gave it another shot and I'm glad I did. The food was warm and ready in a timely matter. It was a complete 180 from last year . I hope they keep up the good work because I'd definitely drive the extra 2 miles to go back here if they do. Nothing was missing or looking too suspicious to eat like some other Popeyes do in a 5 mile radius and it seems like as of 2 months ago this place is on the up and up. I will update this again if they fail but for now this is my go to for chicken.
