The food came out completely cold and still pink chicken! Absolutely disgusting asked for a refund which they gave me. Owner was extemely rude about it.

I picked up multiple orders with multiple items. The older manager wanted me to hit confirm delivery without handing me all of the items (a drink) and left me a bad review and marked me for late arrival when it was them who didn’t have the food ready.
The rest of the staff was courteous in letting me know when other items would take longer but the manager was yelling at them and customers no reason. Avoid this place if possible

My wife and I have eaten at this Popeyes before but we are done. We will not be eating at the metra Popeyes anymore. They’ve been going downhill for a while but I figured I’d give them one more try and Today I paid 21 dollars for my #4, which is supposed to be a 4 piece variety of chicken, instead we got 3 of the tiniest dried disgusting wings you could imagine and one tiny thigh, a few fries and a container filled with rice and a few dried beans at the very bottom. I live near a Popeyes that I frequent and I have an expectation of what I’m getting when ordering Popeyes. This place is run by scammers that know you’ll be traveling on a train when you discover you’ve been scammed. So I will tell everyone I know that travels through the metra station to stay away. And I will never order from there again, I hope it was worth it you made a couple bucks but will lose a lot more in the long run.

Terrible experience. I will not eat here every again. The manager is a penny pincher i order a large chicken meal and asked for extra ketchup the manager than gave me 2 ketchup packets and when i asked for more he than started arguing with me. Not a nice experience.

I live in Milwaukee and our Popeyes is nothing like this one. Food was fresh, workers were working hard. Chicken was being fried correctly without attitude. 10/10

Not sure how they’re still operational as the folks running this establishment do not know how to run a business. I’ve always seen them argue over the smallest things and they don’t seem to care about customer service whatsoever. They keep stale sandwiches which are never made fresh. Not the true Popeyes experience in all honesty as other chains provide far better food and service.

Honestly this place has to do better to be inside of a train station(meaning it’s super active) you would think you would get really great service(not) I try to avoid this one at all cost but it’s literally three minutes from my office. The manager(short Indian/Arabic apologies if I got his nationality wrong he is SOOOOO RUDE asked for two thighs the young lady was so nice said yes I watched her tell him what I asked for and he proceeded to give me what he wanted I was not rude not mean I asked so nicely I’ve had so many issues with this same manager at night which is why I tend to go in the day to avoid him but he was there today he tried to argue me down about wanting two thighs said he couldn’t give me two thighs but he’s the ONLY manager at this certain location and Popeyes location period who never accommodate the simple piece change I know white meat is always an upcharge but thighs or legs are normally no hassle he literally argued with me in front of other customers (bad for business) he needs customer service classes as one who use to work hands on for customer service positions as a manger and regular crew that’s so unprofessional of him.
I ordered 3 piece chicken signature white meat dinner. I received a crappy leg, wing, and a unrecognizable little meat piece chicken. Asked the attendants, got "that is it." 7:00 pm Friday October 18th 2024. So you know the workers.

They don't replace the lemonade flavors often because it tastes spoiled. They need to get checked out by the health inspector. Every time I ask for sweet heat they give me ranch. They just throw random sauces in the bag. Maybe I should click the ranch and they'll give me sweet heat ?

Last option if you want food late night. Quality is very poor and not the standard Popeyes. They cut short the quality of food by a big way. Not sure why Popeyes is allowing this franchise to operate at such low standards. Never visiting again.
