My favorite crew is the morning crew Ken Asa and the beautiful lady with the prettyeyes. They are so respectful funny and they made us feel like family.

IF i had known that my Door Dash was coming from this location i would have just canceled my order and starved not one time have stepped foot in this location and it looked clean. I ate my food and immediately felt sick checked the location and sure enough it was from howard. STOMACH is bubbling!

The new manager with the glasses is so nice and polite. They definitely upgraded on their service. The cashier man with the dreads he’s so nice and polite as well. 10/10 definitely coming back so glad they upgraded this location.

Shout out to the Gentleman who was very nice to me I believe he was the manager. ?
We couldn't even order through the driver thru because the staff was playing music so loud. The guy was taking our order and rapping along with the song. Then he said he couldn't hear us, well duh! We pulled of and a few other costumers did too.

This is the most ghetto location I won’t be returning I will continue ordering elsewhere. FYI the staff do what they want including smoking and rolling weed in front of customers without a care in the world. The food is hardly fresh and they stay running out of everything.The majority of the time the staff and management don’t want to be bothered. Not a professional place

They let people that don't even work there walk behind the counter. It's more of a kicking spot than a restaurant. It's only one worker I see that trying make it work. The woman with pretty eyes. A lady walked back there and the lady with pretty eyes telling her she can't do that and the drunk lady was trying fight her. I really wish I knew the owner of the establishment. He need to know what goes on in his business..
Editing: after getting my food after an hour I made it back to work opened the food and the chicken was old and the inside of the chicken was cold like they had warmed it up from the night before. My coworker had already but a piece before I told her not to eat it returned the food to the restaurant. May coworker got food poisoning for two days and had to be off work. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! I placed an app order. Aroun 10:15 I got to the restaurant at 10:30 and the doors was locked no employees present. A employee was out back smoking and I went and asked him what was up with the rest being closed and it supposedly opened at 10am. He told me that the manager wasn’t ready this time it 10:50, the location is very unorganized, rude, and doesn’t represent the ethic of other Popeyes I’ve been to. Horrible customer service, needs new management because this is unacceptable. I have a 30 min lunch and spent my lunch trying to get food from where I ordered on the app. Please come check on this location it is being handled horribly
