The sign on the wall says optimal service time of 180 seconds (3 minutes for y’all that don’t know)… it took over 10 minutes for me to place my order with only 1 other person in the store and her order had already been taken.
Service is SLOW and they ain’t got half the stuff on the menu half the time.
It’s like playing a big game of mother may I … people may as put on green jump suits and play creepy music when you put an order in.

We Ordered food online there last week at 730p for pickup. I arrive at 750 to a dark restaurant with no signage or explanation as to why it was closed. I requested a refund via the mobile app which was processed on in a timely manner. THEN they send me a survey to rate the service of the person who processed the refund ( which was a very polite “ sorry that happened” note) but they seem to have no desire to discuss the actual event nor offer any compensation ( a free side...read full review
