Ordered food on the app but the pickup was extremely late. Wait in drive thru was 20 minutes, food was cold and order was wrong. I did contact customer service and was given satisfactory compensation.
The wait is very long. No one addresses you for at least 10 minutes. They don't even look at you because they are busy but no acknowledgment. The food is regular, and the restaurant is semi clean.
The server at the drive thru was very patient and nice and also very professional would go again chicken was very flavorful but because of the positive attitude of the server I would give it another try.
