Waiting 30 minutes for your food order is never acceptable. This location is easily one of the slowest location I've been to. Went during lunch time . Your lunch time from work shouldn't be spent the whole time waiting for the food
Ordered food on the app but the pickup was extremely late. Wait in drive thru was 20 minutes, food was cold and order was wrong. I did contact customer service and was given satisfactory compensation.
The wait is very long. No one addresses you for at least 10 minutes. They don't even look at you because they are busy but no acknowledgment. The food is regular, and the restaurant is semi clean.
