I started ordering Popeyes through door dash ,and I've never had an issue with the food, how quick they get the order to me. Drivers always polite!! Today I ordered my usual and it was so delicious. Fries were crispy ( Yummy. )and chicken was right on.

The location at 1555 W. Division, Chicago Illinois needs to close down and stop serving delivery apps because the quality of their food they send out is trash! I ordered a 3 piece spicy white with a side of coleslaw and a large mashed potatoes. Given a free 6 piece honey lemon pepper wings. I was given a combo meal with a dark meat thigh which I don't eat at all. They gave me a broken wing, mashed with no gravy, no coleslaw, and the chicken tasted old. I should have asked for a refund but contacted them before eating my food. I tried ordering from my favorite location in their Popeyes but couldn't. This was a waste of my $35.07. The only good thing about this order was the driver being efficient who was the only person deserved my money. #TotallyDisgusted!!

I’ve ordered delivery from this location as well as stopped in. The team is always pretty speedy, but I prefer this location to several others in Chicago because of how friendly the team is there. Even when I see a line of people, I know they’re still going to treat everyone well And they’ve never messed up my order!
